My rate is $150 per 50-minute session. Please inquire if you feel you qualify for a need-based reduced rate.
Beginning February 1, 2024, I’ll be accepting the following insurance plans:

Our first session involves an intake process where I will ask questions about what brings you to therapy, the symptoms you've been experiencing, and how long they've been impacting you. I'll also gather some demographic and family history information. We'll discuss your therapy goals and decide the most effective ways to help you progress.
My therapy style is personable and engaging. I like to use humor and be irreverent when appropriate. I encourage you to be you because I want you to feel relaxed, welcomed, and accepted. I focus less on being directive and more on allowing you to set the tone and direction of each session.

I strongly encourage all clients to attend therapy every week. Therapy is more effective when the work is frequent, focused, and consistent.

I have a standard cancellation policy of 24-hour notice, or the session fee is charged. There are exceptions for emergencies and sudden illness. Instead of cancellation, in-person sessions can be switched to telehealth when appropriate.

Beginning March 1, 2024, my office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - 5 pm.
I currently offer in-person sessions on Mondays only. All other sessions are conducted via telehealth through a secure, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant platform.
Please note: telehealth sessions are available only to clients residing in Washington State.
